Some seasons of healing arrive quietly.

They don’t announce themselves with clarity or closure. Instead, they show up in the ordinary moments- when the house is still, when the weight of yesterday hasn’t fully lifted, when faith feels less like certainty and more like endurance. I’ve learned that healing isn’t always about moving forward. Sometimes it’s about standing still long enough to let truth catch up to us.

There are days when resilience looks like survival, and days when it looks like rest. Both matter. Both are holy. In the slow work of becoming whole, I’m learning to trust that even the unanswered prayers are held with care.

This space exists for those in-between moments- for the ache that lingers, the hope that flickers, and the quiet revelation that we are not walking this road alone.
